Service Description: Air Listing provides professional drone photography, videography, and aerial media services for real estate listings and properties. Our services include but are not limited to aerial photography, aerial videography, property tours, and related post-production editing.

Booking and Payment: All bookings are subject to availability. Payment is required at the time of booking through our secure checkout process. Prices are as listed on our pricing page and are subject to change without prior notice. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled shoot are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled shoot may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

Weather and Scheduling: Drone operations are subject to weather conditions and FAA regulations. If a shoot must be postponed due to inclement weather, high winds, or other unsafe conditions, we will reschedule at no additional cost. We reserve the right to make the final determination on whether conditions are safe for flight.

Limitation of Liability: Air Listing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
